Tomobuild is an online service. We sell no physical goods, so there is no shipping, no shipping charge and no delivery address.
A free site is live at its tomobuild.com address within about a minute of being generated. Paid features switch on as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds and at most within a few minutes, and are used from the claim page. A custom domain goes live once its DNS records point to us, which depends on the domain registrar and usually takes under an hour.
There is nothing physical to exchange. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing, or cancel, at any time; see Refunds & Cancellation for how charges are handled.
If a paid feature has not switched on after payment, write to hello@tomobuild.com with the site address and we will sort it out the same working day.
