Does it really cost nothing?

Yes. The free site stays free for as long as you want it, with no trial, no expiry and no card. Pro is optional, for your own name, your photos and no badge.

I am not technical. Is that a problem?

No. You paste one link. There is nothing to design, host or set up, and the site works on every phone.

Can I change what it says?

Claim it with a code sent to the phone on your Google listing. On Pro you can edit the headline and buttons, add your own paragraph, photos and logo, and hide any section. Reviews and ratings cannot be edited, which is why customers trust them.

Someone made a site for my business. Can I remove it?

Yes. Claim it with your listing's phone number and choose Take this site down. It is gone at once and will not be rebuilt.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on Pro. Connect a domain like yourbusiness.com and the security certificate is issued and renewed for you. The free site lives at its own address on our domain.
